Demo and regrade existing parking area, on site storm, storm filter vault, footing excavation slab prep, sidewalk prep, grade for asphalt, tie in sewer, FDC line, PIV valve, fire line, water main extension, install hydrants, and 3 street tie-ins.    

Winterpond - Pierce County

30 - lot housing development in Pierce County.  Erosion control, 35,000CY pond excavation, 5000LF of  storm, asphalt prep for road, county road upgrades, electrical trenching,  water main and stubs.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Sea Tac

Erosion control, excavate for 154 x 19 x 14 retention vault, export 17,000 CY of unsuitable material, import 15,000 tons of structural backfill, tie-in on Pacific Hwy., water, sewer, storm, building excavation, slab prep, sidewalk prep, curb prep, and retaining walls.

Street tie in—sewer, water and storm, on site water storage—190LF of 75” x 112” tank, roof drain infiltration system, slab prep, sidewalk prep, grade for asphalt, tie in sewer, FDC line, PIV valve, fire line, footing excavation, and footing drains.
